Description
The project has already obtained the Grid Connection Approval (ATR) for the PV park, and the BESS. The project has obtained all required permits except for the approval regarding the removal of the land from agricultural use.
The project developers decided not to pay the agricultural land conversion fee until an investor interested in the project is identified. Once a preliminary acquisition agreement for the project is signed, the developers undertake to pay the fee for removing the land from agricultural use and to obtain the building permit as quickly as possible.
The building permit process for the cable route and the grid connection solution is currently in progress.
