Project Maureni - Caras Severin County

The project is at the RTB (Ready-to-Build) stage. It has obtained the building permit for the photovoltaic plant, as well as for the cable route and the grid connection solution. The grid connection agreement has been signed, and the guarantee corresponding to the first installment under the connection agreement has already been paid. The project can begin construction starting tomorrow. There is also the option to purchase the land on which the investment is being developed, at a price of EUR 20,000 per hectare. Additional land adjacent to the project site is also available, in case the investor wishes to add a battery energy storage system (BESS) to the photovoltaic park. Out of the total price of EUR 465,000: - EUR 296,000 represents the guarantee paid for the issuance of the grid connection approval (ATR); - EUR 57,000 represents the first installment paid upon signing the grid connection agreement. The EUR 112,000 guarantee for the grid connection works and the EUR 57,000 first installment paid under the grid connection agreement will remain in the company’s accounting records and may be used later during the construction of the grid connection solution.
